I'M A HEALTHCARE-FOCUSED EXPERIENCE Designer
I advise healthcare organizations on how to improve the healthcare experience for physicians, administrative staff, and patients through meaningful digital designs and in-person interactions.
My reason for focusing on healthcare is personal: While navigating our complicated healthcare system with my husband as he dealt with complications from chemotherapy, I witnessed first hand how a lack of a true understanding of the entire clinical and administrative process a patient has to endure when dealing with an illness or a health concern can make an already complicated and scary ordeal even worse.
I am skilled at bringing the needs of doctors, administrative staff, and patients together through the use of empathetic design techniques. Specifically, I utilize my user research, analytics, and strategic skills to identify and design solutions that improve the technical experiences of healthcare quality tools and in-person processes.
